Our Philosophy

Asahi Law Offices is a fully integrated law firm providing a wide range of legal services. We mainly focus on representing both companies and individuals in dispute resolution, including litigation. Besides we also provide legal advice on preventing disputes in the first place by drawing on our expertise in dispute resolution and conducting risk analysis.
Our practice areas are diversified; including but not limited to: legal advice and dispute resolution on general corporate, including corporate governance, crisis management, finance, securities, real estate, construction, intellectual property, antitrust law, labor relations, and taxation; as well as corporate bankruptcies and turnarounds; criminal cases involving companies and individuals; family and inheritance disputes; malpractice lawsuits; consumer affairs; protection of personal information/privacy; sports law; issues involving foreign nationals; sexual harassment, domestic violence and LGBTQ+; and disputes over children’s rights.
We have been practicing law since the foundation of our predecessor, Tokyo Yaesu Law Offices, in 1978. We took our present form with the establishment of Asahi Law Offices in 1993. As a fully integrated law firm, we provide customized legal services to both companies and individuals, appropriately responding their needs, both here in Japan and internationally with the wide-ranging network we have built up since the foundation.
We are unstinting in our efforts to hone our professional skills and improve our knowledge. By integrating our strengths as a team, we provide timely legal services customized to every need and situation. In that way we hope to assist individuals in the pursuit of happiness, help companies to achieve sound growth, and contribute to realizing social justice.

Access to the Reception Desk of Asahi Law Offices
From the 1st Floor
Please take the escalator going directly to the 3rd floor from the 1st floor entrance of the Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Bldg,
walk through the security gate at the office entrance by scanning your 2D code on the reader and take the elevator to the 13th floor.
From Nijubashimae Station of Tokyo Metro Line
Take Exit 3 from the Station through building entrance B2. Take the elevator on the right to the 3rd floor, turn right off the elevator, and proceed to the Office Entrance.

5-minute walk from the Marunouchi Minami Exit of Tokyo Station
5-minute walk from the Marunouchi South Exit (underground) (via Maru Bldg.)
2-minute walk from Exit 7 of Tokyo Station (Keiyo Line)

Nijubashimae Station, Exit 3 / directly connected to the Building (B2)

By subway, Nijubashimae Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line is the most convenient (Exit 3 is directly connected to the Building).
By Car
You can park your vehicle at the pay-by-the-hour parking lot on level B3 of the Building.
The entrance and exits to the parking lot are located on the north side of the Building. The parking lot is open from 7:00 to 23:00.
Take the Parking Lot Elevator from the parking lot to the 3rd floor. Turn right off the elevator and proceed to the Office Entrance.
The parking lot Entrance/Exits on the Babasaki-dori side are not open for by-the-hour parking (month-to-month parking only)
