Firm Overview


Asahi Law Offices is a full-service law firm providing a wide range of legal services, including well-experienced legal representation in both corporate and personal dispute and litigation. Besides assisting clients in diversified dispute resolutions, we offer various advisory services. These include the prevention of possible disputes because of our cornerstone expertise in dispute resolution and risk analysis.
We provide legal advice and handle disputes relating to corporate activities in fields as diverse as, but not limited to the following, corporate legal affairs, corporate governance, crisis management, finance, securities, real estate, construction, intellectual property, competition law, labor relations, taxation; corporate bankruptcies and turnarounds; criminal cases involving companies or individuals; family and inheritance disputes; malpractice suits; consumer affairs; issues involving foreign nationals; sexual harassment and domestic violence; and disputes over the rights of children.
Asahi Law Offices were established in 1993. In effect, however, we have been practicing law since the founding of our predecessor, Tokyo Yaesu Law Offices, in 1978. Over the last four decades we have built up a multilayered personal network to cater to the needs of our clients in fields ranging from personal affairs to corporate transactions, both here in Japan and internationally.

From the 1st Floor
Take the escalator directly to the 3rd floor from the 1st floor entrance of the Marunouchi My Plaza Bldg. next to Meiji Seimei Kan. Register your name at the Tenants’ Entrance to the right at the top of the escalator and take the tenants’ elevator to the 13th floor.
From Nijubashimae Station of Tokyo Metro Line
Take Exit 3 from the Station through building entrance B2. Take the elevator on the right to the 3rd floor, turn right off the elevator, and proceed to the Tenants’ Entrance.

By subway, Nijubashimae Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line is the most convenient (Exit 3 is directly connected to the Building).
By Car
You can park your vehicle at the pay-by-the-hour parking lot on level B3 of the Building.
The entrance and exits to the parking lot are located on the north side of the Building. The parking lot is open from 7:00 to 23:00.
Take the Parking Lot Elevator from the parking lot to the 3rd floor. Turn right off the elevator and proceed to the Tenants’ Entrance.
The parking lot Entrance/Exits on the Babasaki-dori side are not open for by-the-hour parking (month-to-month parking only)
