Takao Yamada, Of Counsel of our office, passed away on October 25, 2013. Mr. Takao Yamada served as public and private important posts such as professor of Chuo University, Yokohama National University and Nihon University as well as representative director of Japan Civil Liberties Union, Chairman of Kanto Regional Labor Relations Commission for Mariners and President of Japanese Association of Traffic Law. We express our regret and sorrow over the death of Mr. Takao Yamada here and our gratitude for your kindness to Mr. Takao Yamada in his lifetime.
